Software to make teletext art

So for reasons best kept to myself it is required that I make some art in teletext/ceefax style.

Any suggestions for free and easy to use software greatly recieved. ta

You CAN get a Risc OS emulator for windows if that fails. I am running one right now. It makes me want to cry.

I had a RiscOS emulator running the other week and I indeed did want to cry.

Sadly, the program is not compatible with 64-bit Windows 7 :cry:
