I'm just outraged that no-one is using the interrobang.

Of course, as the English language is unregulated, there is no way of enforcing such a change. All the dictionaries would ignore the change, and that would be the end of that.

I would use it more if there was an interrobang key on the keyboard. It is an excellent piece of punctuation.
