Not sure what that suggests, other than perhaps those who oppose them are more vocal than those who don't.
Its happened in real election exit polls too - for whatever reason some people are embarrassed to say they've voted tory.

Don't think I would support a party that I was ashamed to admit to.

I know dimblebot likes simple numbers but I think that a screenshot would work better for the weekly results in future.

Maybe the Tory supporters have more than one account and decided to fiddle the numbers.

Yes, because those evil Tories would go to the bother of registering more than one account just to affect the result of a vote on this website.

Go away Beep.

I think it's more likely that the people who vote Tory are not so much ashamed as incapable of explaining why they've chosen them.

Certainly it was like that when I asked my mates who they were voting for. They just are because it's the in thing to do.

Given that they're all single and not likely to be matched up any time soon, I wonder how they'd react when they realise they'd be £150 a year worse off than their married friends.

The un-official Metropoll tracker (click for larger)...
Image

The graph shows the Metropol results (circles) against the YouGov results (crosses). As Metropol is only running it's polls weekly, the running results are displayed in a lighter shade, and linked by dashed lines. The weekly result will be shown in full colour.

I will update the data source behind the graph daily (hopefully - it's not automatic, at the moment anyway).

Alternative graphs:

Just the You Gov results

Just the Metropol results

YouGov do not collect data on parties other than Labour, Conservative or Lib Dem, with all other responses published as "Other". This graph has all the minority parties in the Metropoll shown as "Other".
