Deputy chairman of the Tories, a peer of the realm and worth an estimated £1.1Bn - Lord Ashcroft finally admits (ahead of the information being published), that he's not resident in Britain for tax purposes.

What's worse in my book than the non-dom status of this man is the fact that on countless occasions over TEN YEARS, every time anyone from the Conservative party has been asked questions about this they have simply refused to answer.
