Ok, so usually when we think of Graffiti, we think of a couple of yob's standing on a street corner with a can of paint writing their initials on a wall - but can Graffiti also be art?

In my opinion, it can. So of these pieces of Art can just look fantastic, and the way some of them are done are great.

So, give your comments here and post the pictures you think ARE Graffiti and artistic, and the ones that are graffiti and defiantly are NOT art..

So in other words just post random pictures of graffiti?

I think Banksy has already proved that graffiti can be art.

You say that, but many will argue that it isn't Art and so on.

Well yes, we know. Art is purely subjective. You either like it or you don't. Which makes the whole argument rather pointless as consensus is usually impossible.

It's this realisation of discursive futility that makes art galleries so quiet

Do you know what I think is art? This thread.

I would happily pay £1000 for it.
