Depends if it's registered or not. Registered is ®. To have TM in superscript is, appropriately, "totally meaningless". It's a trivial matter.Nick Harvey wrote:So did I.

Yet another rebrand thread.
Charmin to rebrand as Cushelle.

"The name Cushelle was selected for its sound, which reflects the product's softness, an SCA statement said. The company describes its new koala icon as a "softness magnet."
Odd name, methinks. But I guess so was Charmin.

I saw that tonight too.
Its gone from the absurd to the ridiculous really, but more importantly, I note they are using the "shh" sound in both words, but spelling it differently in the second one.
This upsets my inner logic in a way that I shouldn't be forced to contemplate.
Watching Glee perhaps Gavin m'dear?Gavin Scott wrote:I saw that tonight too.
It's a really weak name IMO. But it's been preceded by a 2 year advert hiatus so perhaps it'll ring fresh in people's ears. The new advert campaign is costing £10M as well, so they're obviously pushing it.
