Their first action will surely be to banish those gaps between the forum topic tiles.
I’m sure a quick purge of the temp files will sort that.

Re: TV Live Forum Watch News and Information Board

Don't you think this is more of a meta-discussion - a discussion about the discussion of GB News on the other place? As far as I can see, no-one has mentioned pres, etc, really on this thread. It’s all gotten a bit whiffy in here tbh. It’s been a VERY GB news and Brekkie focussed few pages here, an...

Re: The Unofficial Sainsbury's Thread

Out of interest how much does it cost to process a card payment these days? I would guess at pennies given how much more prevalent it is now. We have done away with cash completely in my work. There’s naturally a slight impact through those who insist they only ever pay cash, but we more than make t...

Re: TV Live Forum Watch News and Information Board

Yes the GB News thread has just turned into a really boring running commentary of the channel. We know they’re having sound problems. We know it’s a bit shit. We also know that there are really talented people working in the background under a lot of pressure and it wasn’t their fault that the chann...

Re: TV Live Forum Watch News and Information Board

I did read a comment about GB News that those who want it to be Fox News, and those who claim it will be like Fox News, will both be disappointed. I certainly don’t think those who are frothing at the mouth replying to everything Beth Rigby and Laura Kuennsberg tweet with references to GB News will ...

Re: What's Next?

The isolation for me was impossible. Apologies for those who know me but I'm autistic and the thought of spending 3 months on my own was unbearable. This is the first time I've admitted this. The day after lockdown came into effect I bagged up what food and meds I had and moved back in with my pare...

Re: What's Next?

Going back to the initial question as to what happens next, I think COVID is coming under control and the UK should be broadly back to normal by Summer. Once we get to that place, we’ll see a lot of changes in personnel in government - regardless of your opinion of Matt Hancock and his performance, ...

Re: What's Next?

Honestly I couldn’t think of anything worse than working from home. It’s hard enough in my job to switch off as it is, I can’t even imagine how much I’d hate work to intrude into my house as well.

The working class have abandoned Labour in significant numbers though.
I’d say it’s more the case that Labour have abandoned the working class. Hence the Tories doing so well in former Labour strongholds.
