He has every right to come back to broadcasting, but after everything that went down on his 'TV Show' (And I use the term loosely), is it right to give him a platform, when he has never even so much as apologised to the family of Steve Dymond?

You ask this, and I found this. Kyle is going to take part in a new inquest into Steve Dymond's suicide.
