Ok, you are driving home, doing the speed limit, and then from nowhere an idoit comes from nowhere, he is driving right on your bumper, dazzling you with his lights... he follows you for a mile or so, until, he overtakes. He causes you to brake, because he has to pull in quickly because of on-coming traffic, which also has to violently swerve out of the way to avoid a collision.
You think thats the end of it.... but as you turn off the main road, you see this same car in a ditch.
What would you do? Get out to help, or keep driving?

If you are going to dig up old threads James, try at least to add to the topic.

I would stop to see if he was okay. I would also seize this opportunity to give him a right earbashing about his driving and then tell the police the likely cause of him ending up in a ditch.
There is a route that i use regularly, it is a dangerous stretch of road and accidents occur on this stretch of road weekly because of impatient drivers wanting to zoom through at 90mph when the speed limit is 60mph. I've not yet been involved in an accident on this route but i've nearly had a couple of head on collisions where some moron has decided that a blind bend is a really good place to overtake.
Oh, and at this time year there are usually a few fatal accidents invoving motorcylists on this stretch of road.
There is a group of motorcylists that congregate at a local cafe and use this route as part of a timelap
