Yes, Penge was a typical 99p Stores lack of conversion job at the start. They did last year rip out some of the metal doors to put a shutter and moved the tills to where most of the doors are leaving a two door entrance/exit and added the current 99p Stores branding sign.
This store is dying for a standard Poundland conversion.
