A 39-station 'local radio' BBC evening programme. What a dreadful idea, I'm outraged.

Wow - 39 stations yet still described as local. At this rate can we call Radio Luxembourg an RSL station?

The programme itself isn't being described as local, it's just on local radio.
BBC local Radio has had non-local programmes for ages, though never national (except occasionally). This sounds like it's going to be a One Show or Nationwide style look around the country
