A 39-station 'local radio' BBC evening programme. What a dreadful idea, I'm outraged.

Wow - 39 stations yet still described as local. At this rate can we call Radio Luxembourg an RSL station? :?

The programme itself isn't being described as local, it's just on local radio.

BBC local Radio has had non-local programmes for ages, though never national (except occasionally). This sounds like it's going to be a One Show or Nationwide style look around the country
