haha great story.
it has to be said, even bbc news are guilty of putting out news stories with spurious figures from sources where the basis of the data are opaque industry bodies and the original underlying dataset or methodologies not available for independent scrutiny.
there have been a couple of stories they've run that i couldn't find the basis for the assertions made which i've had every intention of emailing in about, but just forgot.
