Tonight's BBC Prom, broadcast live as usual on Radio 3 was interrupted by a sizeable protest in the Royal Albert Hall. Nothing on the BBC News website that I can see, but I did find this link which seems to suggest it was planned and publicised http://londonbds.org/. The orchestra had been playing for only 10 minutes or so when the protest began, the performance was halted and the protestors attempted to Boo the orchestra off the stage. It was at this point Radio 3 Continuity faded the programme out and played a prerecorded item.
