Having acquired a Freeview HD PVR at the end of last year, we are experiencing a problem which I'm interested to know if anyone else shares.

The Freeview HD broadcasters seem to be very poor at updating their week ahead schedules at the same speed as they update their 'ordinary' channels (BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, Channel 4).

This means that if you 'series link' an HD programme when you set it to record, you only tend to get the next episode and no more.

This is because when the episode you're recording finishes, next week's episode isn't in the planner yet, so the box thinks the series has finished and doesn't schedule any more recordings.

If you schedule the same programme in SD (a bit pointless when you've invested in an HD box), then the series link works okay.

If you send me details of a specific time when this happens I'll have a look at it for you. I can see basic details of the series links but chances are I'll need to pass it back to the people responsible and try to find out what the problem is. Send it to me as a PM.

having problems with a few Freeview+ series links on a Thomson PVR.

Is there any central place than manages these that we can email or contact?
