do you ever just go through phases of your fingers/toes/whatever being really "clicky" and you just have an insatiable urge to click them?

any way to make go away?

Yeah my index fingers are quite clicky at the topmost joint if I sort of tense them and flex. I like it. Also my ankles click in the morning.

I think was a metronome in a past life. Haven't yet found a way to stop it happening.

Joints in my leg/knee are awfully clicky at times when I bring them towards my thigh. Just swinging them like that sends them off. But, at times like now, that has no effect.

I've cracked and clicked every finger for around 20 years.

Was pleased to note Stephen Fry's conclusion that this doesn't cause arthritis (on QI), but nonetheless I've developed a paint in my left index and middle finger now that won't seem to shift, and is exacerbated by my regular clicking.

No idea if its related, but right now I wouldn't recommend it.

My fingers click all the time especially if I have held them straight for a while. As soon as they bend they all click.
Most of my joints click to varying degrees by themselves.

I have been told its just nitrogen bubbles in the joints but I am not convinced about that.
My joints do get very sore in the winter, I am going to be an arthritic mess when I am older.
