I have recently got a new computer (HP) with Windows 7 installed. I have installed everything correctly but I cannot fix the Aspect Ratio problem. Everything seems to have been stretched vertically. I have tried to change the setting and the aspect ratio through the 'Screen Resolutions tab and on the moniter but nothing seems to work. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Have you tried HP's EM support system, they've been very useful in the past with problems.

Can I ask how to use HP's EM support system? Also does anyone else have any answers? This problem is still annoying me as I cannot view any videos or photographs as they are all stretched vertically/squashed horizontaly.
