The Official Manbag Thread

So, having decided that my shoulder was being destroyed by my old over the shoulder bag circa Burton 2005, I decided to go back to a backpack and now feel much better. They can fit more in them, whilst being far comfier.

Question is, what do you keen in your manbag / backpack? Obviously its a known fact that women keen all sort of shit in their handbags but they're idiots with smaller brains so let's show them how its done.

My list is as follows.
 Uni stuff (folders, pads, netbook, mouse)
 Flash wipes (for cleaning tables in the library)
 1 small carton of orange juice
 1 Ambrosia custard pot
 1 plastic spoon for eating custard with
 alcohol hand gel for combating The Swine
 sandwich (cheese & tomato with a nice bit of pepper)
 specs

and that's it.

 USB hard drive
 Some kind of entertaining book

Are the standards - then there are college books, various paper type bureaucracy etc.

Hmm. Boring isn't it?

Y'all put your phones in your bag? What are you, my mother?

No sireee Bob, mine has to be in my trouser pocket or inside jacket pocket, lest I miss a call.

My satchel (great word) contains nothing exciting really.

 Uni stuff (notepad, paper, timetables)
 Small sample can of deodorant for emergencies
 Fresher's Week leaflets I can't be bothered taking out (last year I kept them in until the end of the year - woops)
 A couple of pens
 A book
 Headphones for the mowblie

And I'm with Gavin, wallet and phone have to be in my trouser pockets.

I used to be one for storing my phone in my trouser pocket, but it often led to me making accidental calls to people who, on picking up their phone, would usually hear my heavy breathing.

As I was walking totally oblivious, I must add. So, since then, I keep my phone in my bag and keep my bag on me at all times.

And no, I've never locked the keypad on my phone, I've never been arsed to do it.

I would never put a phone in my trouser pocket. Imagine all those radio waves interfering with the operation of important equipment.
