Oven or Oven?

Do you say "oven" with the "o" as in "toe",
or do you say "oven" with the "o" as in "muff"?
Pleases respond. I needs it for a project.

Somewhere inbetween. And I've checked but BBC Pronunciation has no guidance for "oven".
