Hi there, I voluntarily left TV Forum around a year ago, and would like to reactivate my account. I tried contacting ASA to no avail.

ASA is the chief moderator for TVForum, dumbass. Anyway, you may remember me as Jonathan or those of you who can reach further back to 2005, I used to be called me_for_nina.

Depends, if he's unwilling to shift what amounts to a stealthy block on you then re-register and if you end up out on your arse again then you'll know why.

Metropol and TV Forum are run by two seperate teams although we promote each other.

Therefore I would suggest you contact Asa directly via the 'Contact' page on TV Forum. It's available here http://www.tvforum.co.uk/help/contact

Obviously depending on how you departed TV Forum will depend on what Asa has to say. If you left of your own accord and wish to rejoin then I would recommend you follow m'colleagues' advice and simply sign up under a new username.
