Vodafone Mobile Connect flash USB Modem ERROR

Subject: Vodafone Mobile Connect flash USB Modem ERROR
Not related to television presentation but following my purchase on 10.05.2009. of a Vodafone Mobile Connect flash, I wondere somebody Technicaly minded would be able to help me with an enquiry about this product.
I regularly use a Free RapidShare Downloads Website for " RapidShare Easy Filehosting " which I have never experienced any problems with downloading files until now with the " USB modem ".
Now whenever I download any file now I just automatically get an " ERROR " Message which reads " Your IP address is already downloading a file, Please wait until the download is completed ".
The download is not carried out and the error message appears without me downloading at that point in time.
This problem is being caused because my IP is being created by a proxy-server. Proxy servers are placed by ISP's or network administrators to save IP addresses.
This is leading to multiple downloads from one IP.
The problem is because I am calling " Rapidshare " via a so-called proxy server whose IP address is also being used others. The allocation of proxy servers is automatically carried out by my internet service provider.
In order to resolve this problem, I have to deactivate the proxy server but do not know how to if anybody with I. T. knowledge has which I clearly haven could help me
