Sure Ad

I realise this is a shot in the dark but does anyone remember a Sure deodorant ad from around 1980/81? The music had a fantastic rendition of In the Heat of the Night by Chris Hargrave. Does this ring any bells and is there any way one can get one's hands on a video clip? Have emailed Unilever but suspect they'll never reply. Many thanks.
