Quite remarkable. As if the Pope's comments this week attacking homosexuality as a threat to humanity weren't quite enough, ruining the Christmas spirit for a group of kids is a really nice touch. For what it's worth, I find the story of Father Christmas far more believable than most of the stuff in the bible. Frankly, I don't know where any religious figure gets off dismissing Santa Claus as fiction when they can't prove God exists...
