Your legacy

It's a little late and probably a bit of a deep question to be asking... I probably should have saved my 1000th post for it! HOWEVER... It's a fairly simple question.
What do you think your lasting legacy will be? What would you like your lasting legacy to be?
I guess it's a bit more of a detailed thought than would you want to be hated and remembered or loved but soon forgotten? But along the same lines I guess.
The reason I got thinking about this was my grandad on my mum's side who died many years ago now is fondly remembered by a lot of people. And recently by a stroke of luck my uncle was selling his TV to a bloke in Essex and it turns out he was a big fan of my grandad who was a fantastic organ player. He had loads of pictures and memorabilia which he has of course kindly donated to our family which has evoked some absolutely wonderful memories. He will never be forgotten within our family of course but it's amazing that other people also remember him and see fit to keep such items.
He loved playing the organ and at the time was one of the real names not only in our local area but he used to play all over the country. Long before I was born mind but the stories are being retold again with the discovery of photos at various different places.
So I would say he has a legacy. By no means a superstar but still held in regard by some people. I think that's how I would like to be remembered but then I realised, at the moment I don't really have anything "to my name" that I might be remembered for. Hey, I'm only 23 so I'm sure something a few years down the line could define this short but decisive episode here on earth. Almost to the point that I'm almost happy to let life take me down the road for a couple of years rather than trying to steer in a new direction.
Wow, that was incredibly deep wasn't it? It won't happen again, you needn't worry.
