Nah, I decided to enable it after someone said that it's meant to be like that.

To be honest, the only time I get sluggish performance from my laptop is when I use umpteen tabs in Firefox - which I've now uninstalled due to it being weird - i.e. having some spyware shit pop up every time I search for something.

I'm using Safari at the moment and I must say I really like the smooth fonts. It's like typing directly onto paper.

Oh God I'm sad. I need to get out more! :p

Anyone without a Vista desktop? Anyone? I'll take Windows 3.11 if anyone is offering.
