It has been a long time coming but can now be found at:

According to their website's holding page UKLR aims to enlighten and reach new audiences, young and old, with music from many eras.
Their Presenters will include experienced broadcasters and new younger voices to introduce a wide variety of music shows.
Plenty of easy listening tracks and instrumentals being played now.
A certain BBC-2 "Optic" from 1992 makes the occasional jingle appearance too!
This has a modern day feel of Radio 390 about it.

I like the sound of this, it's been added to the Reciva list for internet radios. "Next year" as a launch date seems a bit vague and quite a way off though...
