Anyone recollect any classic radio bloopers ? There's a good selection here, worthy of a listen ;

I do remember Jonathan Hewat's "Can I Take That Again?" - basically a radio version of "It'll Be Alright On The Night". BBC7 should repeat that.

Nicky Campbell's East Kent Hunt will take some beating, and the 5 Live presenter throwing up during a bulletin

I've got some BRMB "Christmas Tapes" from back in the seventies.

No promises on how quickly, but I'll grab them off ten-and-a-half-inch reel-to-reel and convert some of them to mp3 when I have a moment or six.

There was a wonderfully cockup-heavy radio station around a few years ago which seemed to have something go wrong every day. Ones that stick in my mind were the presenter calling the current year '1995' instead of 2005 and never correcting himself, and a long period of about an hour when absolutely nothing played except about five seconds of 'Starlight' by Supermen Lovers, looped over and over again.

As promised a couple of posts above.

Enjoy! But not in front of the children. Warning - contains strong language.

If you want to grab it, please do so soon, as it's taking up half my web space, so will be removed in due course.

Not sure if anyone else noticed this, but it raised a smile in my house... The machine generating the BBC Pips went a little mad this morning, generating them six seconds late and emitting seven rather than six... Oopsie.

I need the space for something else, so have had to delete the BRMB Blooper Tape (mentioned 3 posts above) from my server.

However, I'm expecting a message to magically appear immediately below, regarding alternative hosting.

I've rehosted the file on my server and changed the link, four posts above, accordingly.

Must have a listen myself.
