PC Clinic: Customised search pages

Hi all

I haven't posted here for a while, but what with the new snazzy design I couldn't resist. Hope you might be able to help. I vaguely remember the topic of customised search pages was on here at some point back in the day and numerous members demonstrated how they created pages which, through the use of a query box and a neat little dropdown menu, you could choose what and where you wanted to search (eg Google, Yahoo, MSN, ebay, Amazon etc). I also remember various postings of other member's spins on the same idea.

Now, I didn't think it was that helpful at the time, but now I'm constantly going between Google, Google Maps, various news searches, YouTube, ebay etc etc, and was wondering if any one could post their page if they still use it? I'm lazy and might borrow some of your HTML code. I searched through the archives and can't find the topic at all.

Any help, much appreciated. Cheers.
Stuart.

I used this:

http://www.denman.me.uk/search

But I don't any more because IE7 (and Firefox 2) have a nice search drop down at the top right which makes it rather redundant.

I've recently become quite a fan of netvibes.com which agregates things nicely but doesn't look ugly, like iGoogle. However this said I turned off its search panel as I've now become so used to pressing CTRL + K and using the search box in firefox.
