I assume you've checked for alternative, cheaper numbers? At least they're better than virgin in that they're not using some sort of awful repetitive crap for music that's not changed in 3 years. You're also a right tit for calling at lunchtime! That's when *everyone* calls!

but when everyone calls at lunchtime its their lunchtime too so they are on a skeleton crew.

You have to wait at restaurants when they're busy too!
