I find that it makes you look quite the man-about-town, but nobody seems to wear them anymore?

Is it only me, or is there a reason why this is?

well they've just been left behind in past decades like all other fashions. You'll still see several old people wearing them them to keep warm though.

I've got a grey zip-up one lying around somewhere. I never wear it though.

My 22 year-old matey around wearing a flat cap, the sort of thing you only see old farmers wearing. He looks like a feckin' idiot.

Funny this topic has come up. Just this afternoon I was touring Oxford Street trying to buy a jumper/sweatshirt/fleece/vaguely warm top - and I all I could find was cardigans.

They seem to be this winter's 'in' thing.

Yes, occasionally, as you know quite well, "Bob".

But I'm old enough to get away with it.

You could have asked that question face to face, had you bothered to attend tonight's meeting!
