I agree with what the Strike for what is stands for (not the strike it self’s)
There should have never brought PFI into the tube, it the biggest waste of money, and there just saling of the family silver of London. The tube should be publicly owned and not operate to make money, and all maintenance work should be brought back inhouse.

Don't be so utterly pedantic, John.
People in the North West, or more importantly, anywhere else in the world, should be free to start or participate in a local-centric thread here without issue.
Whether Barcode lives in London or Botswana, they have been able to join in with a justified arguement.
The video itself was posted as a bit of light-hearted fun to be enjoyed by everyone and anyone. Cheer up.

If people want to talk about it here, then fine I don't mind, it just winds me up when it seems to be reported rather high up in the National News, fair enough alot of people live in London, but it doesn't affect anyone outside the area. Half of Manchester's Metrolink service has been shut for repairs all summer but it's only been reported by local press and media, as everyone in the country doesn't need to know about it.

I do agree, nwtv2003. It was interesting how much coverage the London tornado got, compared to the one a year or two ago in Birmingham.

I live in the North West but use the tube regularly, so it's extremely relevant to me, as is the shit bus replacement service provided during the Metrolink track repairing.
