So Gordy is allowing us to be patriotic and fly the union flag in act of defiance in the face of terrorists.Whooo! That'll scare the buggers!

One good thing though is that i can now open the boot of my car without people thinking i'm a memer of the BNP. I get a very strange looks from people when i open my boot to see a huge union flag stuck to the inside of my boot lid. I used to have the Esso tiger eyes but i changed that to go all patriotic.

The best flag i ever owned was a Kent County Constabulary flag stolen from their mast right outside their nick. A pal got it for me. Word got out though and our boys in blue got a warrant to search my house for stolen goods and retrieved their flag from above my bed. I wasn't charged. Just inconvenienced for a few hours. I think they have a cheek to call their cells a suite though.

I think that refers to the number of rooms in Custody rather than the quality or luxury of the individual accommodation! No doubt it was "semi" en-suite though!

Well a shopping centre is normally owned by the company that built it, but seems to be referred to as a "public place". I would imagine that since a Police Station property belongs to the state it is also public property.

So thats it secrets out. I read the Sun ( sometimes). Not putting their front page in the window though. The colours will fade really quickly. When we get some sunshine.

I didn't pinch their flag. Someone else did several years ago when Kent police were having a crack down on burglaries ( operation castle i believe) . Talk about humiliation. It had to go in the local rag the week after announcing they were gonna send Xmas cards out to known burglars.
Think the headlines were.. Folkestone Police station had their flag stolen. Wasn't good for morale.
Also for your information i was in a suite/cell of my own for 7 sodding hours until i told them where i got it from Apparently they didn't find " from outside the main door" very funny. So another 2 hours till my solicitor arrived. That was a bit of a headache! I had to tell tales to get home for a decent cuppa.

What part of, i didn't do it do you not understand? It was just a gift from a friend or should i say acquaintance. It was a pretty cool gift though. Wish i still had it. Never mind at least it had just been feshly washed and ironed when they retrieved it from my property.
