I read a little further into it later last night and found a few bits which are both funny and just plain wrong.
The bit about removing the salt and pepper (he doesn't seem to know the word "condiments") from the table at the end of the main course is good. He's then added a rider about returning the salt for cheese and biscuits, but the possibility of anyone wanting the pepper mill for their strawberries seems to have completely passed him by.

Does Mr Hanson think that he's a member of the royal family?
As far as I can make out, he's just a fantasist with a moderately wealthy father.
He seems to have a slight grasp of humour, though:
"Below is a simple guide to how to button up your jackets (dinner, lounge, strait etc.)."
Haw haw!
Give me five grand, Hanson, otherwise I'll make sure you're never elected to high office!

What a pretencious little twat he appears on the site. It's not for him or anyone else to presume to dictate which word is used to describe a course in a meal or how to pronounce it.
I know where I'd like to stick my knives, and it wouldn't be as in his demonstration table!

I didn't realise you could get a GCSE in table setting.
He's a bit like a Tory party leader in waiting. Although this Youtube video will probably put pay to any political aspirations.

After seeing the
background texture of his site, I assumed my screen was dirty and started cleaning it!
It's a good laugh but certain bits are plain wrong. Firstly, asparagus tips are the best bits, you don't leave them as he tells you to. And this nonsense about putting jam UNDER the cream is just revolting.
Apart from that I look forward to becoming a more enlightened human being!

Never likely to be engaged; he's just too vacant.
