Have you ever been on safari with a window?

Works quite nicely for me. I love hot window-on-window action.

I like it, but unfortunately you can't turn off font smoothing. You can only decide whether you want it slightly blurry, blurry or very blurry.
Muppetry.

Yes but the conversation isn't too good.
I do like Apple's font smoothing method - it's quite nice.

I don't like the way that the font is basically the same for everything. Most annoying. And the blur is annoying. I'm back to Firefox already for those two reasons. Very annoying.

I am looking at Apple Safari's "font smoothing" and it's shite. Maybe it's designed for people who think SD pictures on an LCD are better than CRT.

Well I have downloaded and installed this abomination and it's truly ghastly. In every way imaginable.
Seriously, IE7 is better than this, and that is saying something.
What's happened to native Windows controls!? Why doesn't the Ctrl+Backspace shortcut work? Ditto for Shift+Enter? Why does clicking on the address bar not select the contents? Why does everything feel about five times slower? Why do I have nonstandard menus? Why have I got some crap called "Bonjour" installed on my computer? Why has it skinned everything extensively to mimic mac menus etc., at the expense of processor power?
I
t's obvious who Apple are aiming this at.

If you're wondering why the above post is so fucked up - yes, I typed on Safari.

Font smoothing? How about no fonts at all. Not impressed.
Can't even get to a bloody menu. Any clues?
