Do you ever sit there one evening, alone and just feel like crying. Im sitting alone at the pc now, radio on and i feel like having a good old cry.

Also why cant men cry as good as women - what i mean by that is womans tears flow natuarally, but mens tears sound like their tossed out.

Let it all out boy! So long as you're not feeling suicidal and all sharp instruments and paracetamol are out of the way. Go for it, let the tears roll. You'll feel so much better for it. Before you do though you'll need a box of kleenex a soppy movie and a tub of Ben and Jerrys.

What's made you want to cry?

Gosh where do i start :P

- Having a pad on my bottom aftert he operation that i had last month!
- None of my friends never come round to see me, only when they want to go pub
- A failure : but thats my own stipid fault
- Fell in love with someone but they dont know (long story)
- Clean a crap pub in the morning for crap money for crap boss
- Generally feel lost

But all of the above seem so meaningless when you see other people with real problems.

In which case you definately need Ben and Jerrys. I personally recommend the Phish Food, it really hits the spot. Curl up in your duvet on the sofa and put on your fave weepy movie and sob your heart out.

Tomorrows another day!

8) Thanks for the advice. Ill just do what i normally do - which is lie in bed, listing to the late night love songs thinking about my friend. I would go into the ins and outs of it - but this is not the place for saudy love affairs

Try "hooked on a feeling" on youtube. That'll cheer you up.

Okey dokey! You sound like you need a girlie night out or in. Us girlies can solve breakups and unrequited love issues in a one nighter. Sisters, are doing it for themselvesTra lala Lalalalala.

Oh and you'll need eye drops and cold tea bags or cool cucumbers for your eyes in the morning.

If you want a good cry watch The Royle Family - Queen of Sheba....

...I never really cry and this is one of the only few things that made me shed a tear or two.

 Hooked on a feeling, and the girls night is enough to make anyone cry

I'll be fine, this unrequited love has been going on since Dec 05! You can read it in my autobiography in a couple of years!

Edit : Ah yes that Queen of Sheba did make me choke up, it was a superb episode. I keep playing the episode where a loved character dies in Neighbours - its one of the best episodes of Neighbours in years - watch it next week! The music is so sad...

Sometimes I wish i could cry. I'm not shy or funny about showing my feelings, but tears just don't easily come. And like you said, Miss H, you feel a lot better for it after you've had a good cry.
