Does anyone else think going swimming during my lunch break at work is a good idea?
I have an hour lunch and am pretty board. Have a swimming pool within 2 minutes drive from work.

Swimming is boring. Climbing's where it's at.

I used to go swimming quite a lot, but it got to the point I just found it boring. I should do more exercise than I do; I'm not unfit by any means, but I could do with getting into the routine of some form of exercise and have been thinking about that lately.
Cycling is an option but I have slightly dodgy knees and that might not help. On the other hand I suppose it might. But I prefer my bikes with an engine...

I have the same gracefulness as a epileptic hippo.
I already train 2 nights a week for 2 hours doing Kickboxing and Mixed Martial arts but need to do more as tehy want me to enter competitions soon.

Seriously though, as I told you before, I think you'd be good at that.
