Who are ya?

Hello everyone.
I've read this forum for a long time, and I've seen all the colourful characters that have come and gone on this board. And I've often wondered what the people who type the words that we read are like. That's why I'd like people to post in this thread just to say what they're like.
Not to find out their real name, age, telephone number or anything like that, just to see basically what your personalities are and what sort of jobs you do.
I bet I get a load of replies telling me to get lost or silly replies, which I don't mind, but it would be nice if you would answer sensibly as well if you do at all.
If you think this thread is too personal or something, feel free to close it.

Ok then...
I'm a student - so what a fun job, although when I get time off I work on reception.
My intrests? Bloody hell. Gaming, films, music - general media really.
Sorry if that's not what I'm meant to do!

No that's exactly what I mean. You needn't include the first draft of your autobiography, just a few details like that.
Me? My favourite food is curry, my worst is Shepherd's Pie. I like cycling, listening to music and of course browsing the internet. On the telly I like watching comedy.

Well, I'm just a grumpy old pensioner who absolutely hates text-speak abbreviations of perfectly good English words like "you".
If you need more information, please feel free to follow the signature link, below, and read of my passions, hatreds, loves and losses in the Comment section.

Most of the time I too hate text speak. But I was trying to make you read it as 'Who are ya?' rather than 'Who are you?'. Bit strange really.

So you're from Portsmouth, then, are you, Jovis?
You could have found out more if you'd read more pages.

I'm sorry. For a moment I thought I'd stumbled into some cringeworthy corporate ice-breaker situation...
That is all.

Ooo fabulous, a thread where I can talk about me AND promote my work at the same time!!
My name is irrelevant, nobody calls me by it anyway. My name is John, Jake, Tom, Charlie, Dave and Shirley, but you can call me what you like, as long as you don't call me too late for my tea.
I live in a part of Norwich where the people are so old fashioned, a gay is still a happy person and Emile Ford & The Checkmates are still at number 1 with "What Do You Want To Make Those Eyes At Me For?"
I use to design websites for anyone and everyone, not so much now as I have found my home at a new publishing house in Norwich, where I run the Gatehouse Press website and design the covers for their books. We've just launched the first book which you can
buy online now!! </plug>
In the past I have been personal designer slave to the now Five News tea-boy Rowan Singh (if it wasn't for me designing rtsnet, he wouldn't be massaging Kirsty Young's feet at Five News today, I tells ya, his success is down to ME!!)
I love all music, especially if sung by people with voices like cats being throttled, William Young for example. My friends range from the homophobic to the extremely homophobic, the talentless to the talented-ish, and the mentally retarded to Hymagumba.
I'm also known for being a mocker, a *FABULOUS* designer of a website owned by an ITV regional presenter with radiantly multicolourful ties. In my spare time I'm a fatty and I smell faintly of egg.
Now you all need to add me as a MySpace friend, buy the fucking book, and rate my mocks highly. This will ensure a happy and well-inflated ego.
Thank you.

Back on track... I'm a medical student currently living in Stockton-on-Tees (though not for
too much longer!), and in my spare time I'm a researcher for
AQA. See also my
MySpace page.
And yes, I did post this purely to get the previous sentence in so that I can feel all 'cool' and 'down with the kids'. It didn't work.
