Two things...

- I've tried to clean out my keyboard by removing the keys and they've gone back in fine.. except for the spacebar. Now it wants to rattle and won't type a space unless I press the exact centre of the bar. Is there anyway I can fix this?

- Apple have released an update for the iPod Video (v1.2) and I have attempted to download it about seven times. Everytime I click Update the PC freezes and then automatically restarts, possibly a blue screen making an appearence. How come this keeps happening, and is there any other way I can get this update besides using iTunes?
