looks quite cool, not too sure what to make of the start button....

Slightly odd but I guess it's to go with the new Windows Vista release look as seen with the latest version of the media player. The start button is very distracting though.

You have the vista theme but you're using the 2003 version of word!?
If you want it all to match, Upgrade to Office 2007 pre-release and set the skin colour to black :)
