Is this numpty not on the wireless any more ? He's supposed to be "on air" according to the website, but unless he's had gender reassignment, it doesn't sound like he.

Even though I've never confronted him face to face I hate him because he's sad, he won't go away and it would be a better place if he was permenantly banned (IP block?) so he can't come back to Metropol.
