A career criminal has spent the day mugging old men and women, young mothers and any other vulnerable innocent member of the public. The plod catch him and make him hand over £100.00 of his days takings.
Will the police get done for handling money obtained from an illegal source. In effect the boys in blue will be also stealing from the poor sods who've been mugged.

Well apparently i got that wrong. Muggings are gonna be treated like traffic ofences to free the courts. They will issue fines and iff you don't pay them the bailiffs are likely to come pay you a visit and rip you off. Hahahah! The irony a crook cheating a crook or is it a con conning a con? lol
