Moving house!

Thats it - its now offical!

I am moving house - I will be in my new house by the end of September.

Mortgage approved, surveys done (what a waste of money) contracts signed jsut waiting to get a final completition date.

My notice has been handed in at work :( (I quite like my job)

Am moving from Teesside to Salford - and cant wait!!!!

I hate moving! It's great though once you're all settled again.

LOL - I have to organise a new kitchen, bathroom, heating and some building work as well - all at the same time!!!

Back to where you came from. Sort of. Hope you can afford the house insurance. Don't forget to fix your hub caps securely. ;)

its alot better than where I am at the moment - our house has been proben into 10 times over the last 3 years, the car windows smashed 35 times in the last 14 years (my bf's) - soemone set fire to our back garden, and 3 people were stabbed recently because they owed the guy about £40...

The sooner we are out the better....

lol - some of the houses we looked at were very desturbing, one even had a burnt out car out the front :)

I think we managed to get a great location for what we could afford - we have been there at all times of day nad night and it seems to be ok.

LOL- I do like Manchester- or else I would not be moving - its just the places I can afford to Live are not the best....

Just finished a spreadsheet with our costs...

with fees and building work that is needed we are going to be spending over £25,000 :shock: :shock: :shock: :shock: :shock:
Add that to the cost of the house and its very SCARY!
