Other sad attention-seekers like me will devote a thread to themselves or a big signature to commemorate their 1000th post.

In a vain attempt to justify my existence, I think I'll commemorate the 999th!

I think the true total is somewhere in the region of 4,500-5,000 in these 4-and-a-half-years, but with crashes et al, I'm not really certain.

I was thinking about this the other day, and I've changed quite a lot since registering for TV Forum way back in 2002.

I still have the ability to make an idiot of myself from time to time, but I think I am a lot less confrontational than I used to be. I loved trolling TVF and getting into arguments, but now I think I am a lot more subdued. I am a bit disappointed by this.

How do you think TVF and MP247 have changed in the time you've been here, and have you changed the way you post?

I've only been loitering around TVF and the Lounge for about 18 months. About the only thing that has changed is that everyone is nicer to me.

I wasn't going to dedicate one to myself (I was planning on settling for a signature) but I'd like to point out I've recently reached 1000 posts too (i.e. I'd like to share this thread!)

Thanks anyway Bee Bee See but i can handle Mr.Nick. I got through the crap DustyBones threw at me.

That's not an insult from Mr. Nick, he's capable of far worse than that. I know he was really thinking Harrods bag when he directed that at me not Matalan.
