My really annoying N70

Hopefully someone around here might be able to solve this one.

I've a Nokia N70 thanks to O2, and it's got the wee slider bit at the back to reveal the camera. When I go to lock the phone prior to placing in the pocket, I always lock it by doing the usual Nokia left selection button followed by star so the keypad goes out of action and I can't make random calls

However, those clever people at Nokia decided that sliding down the camera revealer will unlock the phone meaning that when it's in my pocket it does all sorts of things like take pictures which show a big white flash in my pocket whilst it does that, or calls the first person on the contact list.

I've already set a new contact of AAA to stop someone getting random phone calls and hearing me driving or at work, but is there any option that i've not found that stops this god damn annoying thing happening? It's happened to a few people i know with the phone and apparently there is a work around, but no one seems to be any wiser.

I have same phone and it happens to me when I get it out my pocket I find the camera mode is on, but never made any calls to anybody unintentionally.

Also - how annoying - a couple of months or so after getting my N70 I see an advert for the N80.... so unfair! lol

Indeed.

It's always worth having a contact of AAA Dummy, with a number of 01632 333444, to sit at the top of your contact list.
