I thought it was funny idea, but the look on my girlfriend's face told another story. Not that I would buy one anyway. She'll just be getting a card and I'm making a nice meal so the "fluffy-bunny, chocolate, pink heart" retailers get as little extra cash out of me as possible.

It'll still be just as nice (I hope).

It's all a load of shite.

the thing which gets me is why, wherever you book a meal, the regular menu goes out of the window and they think everyone wants to eat stuff in manky sauces - i think the starter in one of the places i though about booking had mushrooms in a blue cheese sauce with something else made from lobster... wtf. just get me a bag of chips with cheese.
