Clever so-and-so!

I have resolved not to make any New Year Resolutions, because I never keep them!

Me too, though it's not a resolution as such!

I lost almost three stone last year by 'eating sensibly' and doing some exercise. Over the last couple of months I've put on about half a stone again. So I aim to lose about a stone and see how I look.

In that case, you will not keep your resolution to not make resolutions and you will make a resolution. So what is your new year's resolution?

My new year's resolution is therefore to keep the resolution not to make a resolution even though technically this means I have made a resolution to keep the resolution not to make a resolution, and in doing so I have made a resolution and therefore not kept my resolution.
