I didn't actually say anything that contravened the TV Forum TOS. I merely suggested that Mr Rogers had been suffering from a cold and blocked nose, and that drug taking was a possibility. I didn't specifically link Mr Rogers to drugs, but if thats how it was interpreted, then Mr Rogers is a bigger wanker than I first took him for.

Secondly, Asa, I'm not terribly impressed with TV Forum taking orders from Sky and ITN. It was up to you to remove the comments if you felt it
necessary at the time. Not wait several weeks for the shit to hit the fan.
Admittedly my comments on the forum are sometimes close-to-the-bone, but I'm certainly not as controvertial as I was in the initial months of joining TV Forum, for where you quite rightly disciplined me.

I have 'grown-up' considerably since the early days of the forum, as have most other members. If Mr Rogers and Sky wish the comments to be removed, which were nothing more than harmless tongue-in-cheek, then that's up to you to decide. They have no power to bring legal action against you or the forums, if you have agreed to remove any defamatory material.
As for banning me, that is of course up to you, and you alone. You should
not be dictated to by these bullyboy tactics of Sky.

I do hope, however, that when the fuss has died down, I would possibly be
