USB Hub not working

My delightful little Belkin USB 2.0 4 port hub has stopped working. It was working fine until I reformatted last night but now it claims "code 10 - the device cannot start".
Any ideas how to make it start working again?

Belkin - Isn't that Argos's own brand for shitty and over-priced computer accessories?

Wrong driver usually.
Anyway Belkin isn't as good as it used to be IMO, they seem to have lost their crown of quality by releasing a whole bunch of crappy equipment in all fields.

No - it's not Argos's own brand. But it is a brand "for shitty and over-priced computer accessories".
