It has 9 days on it, youll be a member by then i imagine. then paypal is shit to register as i remember it so you might wanna worry bout that.

Ben, I'm sorry, but I'm not comfortable with you asking forum members to purchase things on your behalf.
Buying from auction sites can be problematic - although usually not, so you are best to deal directly with the person selling.
You have 9 days to get your act together and sort a membership. If you have difficulty joining, send an email to the support@ebay people.
Or, you could ask someone who knows you personally (like your uncle) to use his credit card to purchase. That way, should the goods not arrive then you won't have left a stranger out of pocket.
Alternatively, you could just get over this whole Raccoons thing. You've been banging on about it for days.
