For the last few days i have had intense cravings for mussels in black bean sauce. I must be my local chinkeys fave customer at the moment. These cravings just will not go away. I even went went down the harbour early Sunday morning to buy some( I love Folkestone sometimes). I've made a nice white wine sauce to go with them. I just can't get enough of them. I have ruled out pregnacy * phew!* What is wrong with me?
Do any of my fellow metropoliers have food cravings that won't go away?
Oooh! and one other thing. Does anyone know how to make Black Bean sauce. If so share the recipe with me please.

I don' t think I could ever crave mussels. Whilst they taste okay, I can't think of a less appetising looking food. They look a bit like the kind of dark, thick flegm you produce during a bad cold. Doesn't really get my mouth watering.
I occasionally get cravings for flapjack though.

Going by the quality of that last post, was the meal you're talking about served from something like this...
and was it fed to you by your mummy?

I should probably say that an IP trace of Messrs Babyben and Big Brother resolve to entirely different places; and I find no evidence of an obvious proxy use such as aol.
It is this court's finding that there is no Scrimger at work.

Cheers Gavin.
It's a bit like the League of Gentlemen here, "you can't be a new person, cos then your an outsider" certain people seem obessed to prove that everyone is actually someone 'local'.

Of course. Johnnyboy and I are one and the same person, and have been for years.

The real peculiar thing Purple Duck is, before these cravings for Mussels i could count the amount of times i'd had them on 1 hand. I've never been particularly partial of them before. These cravings have come out of no-where. My fella is insisting i take another pregnancy test. He's as baffled as me.
I know one thing though. I know where my recent craving for Raspberry Ruffles has come from. Just off to Tesco's to buy some now. I'll think of you as i devour them as a Dessert. Must not forget the Chablis to wash them down with.
