It's just getting boring

Don't get me wrong, Metropol is practically world famous for its bitching. And I know this thread is a tiny bit hypocritcal as I do my fair share too. But it's getting beyond a joke... and just boring. A certain "hardcore" of Metropol users, namely Bones, the former Dusty Jacket, babyben and a few others, turn nearly every thread into an opportunity to pick on Jamez. Now there's bitching - a bit of picking here and there (and I don't dis approve of that!) - but the quantity and visciousness of the attacks here is certainly not the Metropol we know. "Bones" in particular has increased in the level of tedium around here as 95% of his posts just attack Jamez, unlike the slightly more pinache employed by Bones' former self. Whoever is behind that username is clearly ever so slightly jealous of some aspect of Jamez.
This is hardly worth dedicating a new thread to, but can't you just stop? Jamez has been very good in playing along with these jokes but I certainly wouldn't like someone accusing me of a myriad of things and attacking every single post of mine. I don't usually join the "Metropol Movement for Anti-Bitching" but I think in this case it's going too far.
Bones and Dusty Jacket are fab Metropol personalities but it's the incessant and increasing picking on Jamez that is dislikeable.
And to those of you who will claim that Jamez picks on others too -- come on, what was done there was totally in jest. Light hearted mock-making or caricatures is in no way on a par with repeated and consistent personal attacks on character.
I'd also like to dedicate this thread to the sobering thought of dropping J. Christie down a well.
